These fun Stanley lid toppers/name plates make great accessories to your tumbler collection. Please be sure to select the right size for your tumbler (64 is same as 40 or 30/20 oz)
-Laser cut and personalized just for you!
-Available just the volleyball topper, add your number, add your name, or add both.
-Longer names will be shorter in length to accommodate the space allowed
-Available in multiple colors
-These ARE breakable, if dropped or not cared for
-They can be wiped down and gently hand-washed with soap and water, NOT recommended for the dishwasher as it can wear down the adhesive
-They fit snug and will not topple over when fitted properly
-We cannot guarantee that they will perfectly fit every Stanley lid, since each Stanley may also vary slightly in their manufacturing.

-Production time and shipping times are different. This info is shown before you placed the order and can be found under your purchases.
-Due to the highly customized nature of our items, and that they are produced from various materials, we need time to make them. Our processing time is approx 3-10 days, depending on holidays and seasonal demands. Being a small studio, our products are truly made with love and care.
-As part of our process, shipping labels are FIRST created to match with your order, then it moves into production. It will be shipped out a few days after the shipping label is created. Even though the shipping label has been created, this does not mean it has been shipped.
-Not providing complete information or providing incorrect info in the required fields for personalized items may delay production. Please check your Etsy emails for communication as we will attempt to get more info- this is the only way we communicate. We do not text or email outside of Etsy.
-Your package is traveling from our studio in Michigan. The closer you are to us, the sooner you'll receive your item. With Ground Advantage through USPS, that is usually 3-5 days. With Priority, it is 2-4 days. The only exception for shipping guarantee is is if you purchased Priority Mail Express. That is USPS GUARANTEED delivery within the next day or 2 day shipping. They operate 365 days a year.
-Once items leave our studio, we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery as it travels through USPS routes from our studio to you. We are not responsible for lost packages and carrier delays since this is out of our control.
-Est shipping time may be longer than noted in your purchase due to carrier delays, holidays, etc.
-Tracking info is usually available 2-4 days after the shipping label is created. Tracking info can be found in your order, however, this may not always be accurate or current. Tracking info is sometimes not updated at all until delivery. When packages are marked "delivered" but are not received, this may be a carrier delay or your item has been lost in the mail.
-Any changes made to personalized purchases, such as a change in address, size, etc. may delay production.
Please understand that once it leaves our studio, the package is in USPS hands and we have absolutely no control over the route it takes or how they process the packages to get to you. We understand that it may seem like something we should be able to resolve when issues arise, but we are at their mercy.
