Damaged Orders
We understand that sometimes orders can be damaged during shipping. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item and provide us with pictures of the tube and product. We are only able to file a claim and issue a refund if we have all of this information. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, without seals broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
