Material: Jesmonite (eco-friendly resin composite material, sustainable and solvent-free)
NATURAL VARIATIONS:
All of our designs are hand poured, sanded, and sealed. Some tiny bubbles may occur due to the nature of the material. Each item is handmade individually.
CARE INSTRUCTION:
Clean it with a damp cloth or wipe it down with a dry cloth to remove dust. Please avoid using chemicals, harsh perfumes and liquids that could stain. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
PROCESSING:
Orders processing time is usually within 1-4 business days (unless stated otherwise). If we have it in stock we can ship it the next day. If we have to make it, it can take up to 4 days. If you're not sure your item will make it in time for a special occasion just message us!

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
