- The optimal height of the rolled out dough is 4 mm, we have rolling aids in our range. Please contact us.
- A working recipe is included
- To make it easier to release the dough, the cookie stamp / cookie cutter / fondant stamp should be well coated with flour / powdered sugar before each cutting / embossing. Alternatively, the surface of the dough can also be rubbed with a little flour
☆ Product description
- We use a high-quality food-safe bio-plastic (PLA), which is melted and applied in layers to form our cookie stamps.
- Our product has been tested for food safety and complies with the legal requirements of the Plastics Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and Regulation (EU) No. 1935/2004 (in their current version).

- In industrial composting plants, this plastic is even biodegradable.
- The surfaces are not smooth due to production reasons, but are hardly visible with a layer height of 0.1 mm.
- Designed and manufactured by a start-up in Germany.
- All products are extensively tested and test-baked before they go into production. Our pictures show the results of these tests.
☆ Cleaning:
Our cookie stamps / cookie cutters / fondant stamps can be washed in the dishwasher at 50°C. However, we recommend hand washing with lukewarm soapy water and a small brush to remove residue. These cannot always be 100% removed even in the dishwasher. Appropriate care instructions are included.
