Words and bulldog are hand painted with bow attached at top. Jute rope attached to back so it is ready to hang. All signs are custom-made, painted and sealed so it is suitable for outdoor use. No two signs are the same. There may also be slight differences in the wood, which adds to the charm. When displayed outdoors it is best on a covered patio/porch. Direct sunlight may cause your sign to "age" more quickly. "In stock quantity" is so that multiple people can purchase at one time. Each sign is handmade in the order in which received. Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
